Slow cooked with herbs, traditional spices, red wine and diced vegetables. Served with creamy Parmesan mashed Potatoes and Garlic buttered vegetables

Well seasoned grilled Norwegian Salmon served with mixed roast potatoes, onions, garlic, Thyme and wilted Spinach with an Oriental sauce
