Description: The Yzerfontein Crayfish Bonanza is normally held towards the end of the crayfish season , over one of the many long week-ends experienced during that time of year. The crayfish remain plentiful around the Dassen Island region and this makes for exciting fishing. This event is a fun family event and the boats compete amongst one another for the important Top Boat cash prize, which rewards the top performing boat.
