Guided Walks
The Wild Flower Society is also having Guided Walks during the flower season from mid-August to late October.
These are not strenuous or long, but a casual stroll of about 2 hours with a guide in a reserve observing and discussing the flowers and plants. Very entertaining and thoroughly enjoyed by young and old – groups of seniors, adults and families, including young children and teenagers! Walks will be available at 11h00 and 14h00 on set days and will need to be booked in advance. Call Darling Tourism on 022 492 2825.
Unfortunately walks will not be available on the Show dates 16 to 18 September.
