Visit the West Coast Fossil Park this school holiday, book a guided tour of their dig site and experience life some 5 million years ago. One of the many things to enjoy when visiting the Park is the museum display. Learn more about extinct animals which roamed the West Coast during the late Miocene and early Pliocene period.
They offer a variety of intellectual, physical and gastronomic activities! You can take one of their fossil tours and enjoy a fascinating journey back into the past to some 5 million years ago, enjoy a tasty meal/tea at their coffee shop, or have a picnic in our lovely garden area while your children play in the play park.

The esteemed youth choir from Hoërskool Linden, in Johannesburg will be touring the Boland and Swartland between 24 June and 5 July and is scheduled to perform in Wellington, Paarl, Riebeeck Kasteel, Darling, Piketberg and Malmesbury. Linden Choir is has been in existence for 23 years and they have entertained a multitude of audiences during this time.
They will be performing in Darling in a lunch hour concert, 13:00, on 1 July at the Presbyterian Church.
