Breweries, Bands, Food, and Fun at the Darling Summer Beer Festival 2018
Darling Brew will host seven breweries, three live bands and a feast of food vendors at the Darling Summer Beer Festival on Saturday 15 December 2018. This annual event – held at their microbrewery in Darling on the Cape West Coast – kicks off Cape Town summer holiday season.
Participating breweries include Darling Brew, RIOT Beer, Yzer Bru, Black Eagle Brewing Co, Drifter Brewing Company and newcomer to the craft beer scene, Signal Gun. D’Cider and Cloof Wine Estate will be on hand along with the popular Darling Brew Gin Bar to ensure that there is something for every palate.
‘Stone Jets’ will headline the festival with their easy listening, toe-tapping blend of Afro-pop and rock. Indie-Folk musicians ‘Jackal and the Wind’ and the fresh, energetic ‘CrossCurrent’ complete the line-up.
Food vendors from Darling and the West Coast will be on hand to keep festivalgoers fed and fuelled up including Darling favourite, Flying Pig Curesmiths, who will be on site with their smoker, serving their popular pulled-pork and smoked ribs.
Tickets are available online via Webtickets and at the gate.
Tickets are R150 and include a branded beer glass and 1 free beer.
Early Bird tickets are R120 and are available until Wednesday 14 November 2018.
Children 12 – 18 years are R80 and children under twelve are free.
