West Coast Way will be showcasing the Cape West Coast, the West Coast Biodiversity Corridor, and the businesses and attractions that fall within this area, with the newly launched “South Africa’s Road Trip With The Most Twists” campaign which will be officially revealed to visitors at this year’s World Travel Market show.

“South Africa’s Road Trip With The Most Twists” features the West Coast Way Foodie Route, Culture Route, Wild Route, Tractor Route and Berg Route – each of which takes you to a selection of unique towns, locations, and attractions, off the main arteries that feed the West Coast.
Whether you are interested in discovering the culture and history of the region or prefer to eat your way through all the amazing restaurants and Farm Stalls, or you are an adrenaline junkie who would like to get their blood pumping – the #WestCoastTwist has something for everyone.

Domestic tourism is coming under pressure because of a worsening economy and the lack of affordable holiday destinations. West Coast Way works ceaselessly to promoting a culture of travel and touring amongst South Africans through effective marketing, and information sharing on domestic tourism offerings in the Cape West Coast region. The launch of this new road trip is the culmination of years of hard work.
The shadow minister of Tourism, James Vos, will be doing the official launch of South Africa’s Road Trip With The Most Twists on Wednesday the 19th of April at the West Coast Way stand at 2 pm and visitors are urged to attend what promises to be an insightful launch of an important tourism product.
